Description
The Peekskill meteorite is one of the most mediatic ones. A total of 16 videos were recorded from New York as the meteorite was entering the Earth on October 9th, 1992. The main mass ended up hitting the trunk of a red Cadillac that then was sold more expensive that the meteorite itself and made a tour around the world. It is classified as an H6 chondrite.
