If you are not happy with the item received, it is not what you expected or just changed your mind, don’t worry. Satisfaction is guaranteed for every sale and that is why returns are accepted. This is how you can do it:
a) Contact me to inform about the return, so a package is expected to be received.
b) The item cannot have been modified in any manner, except if it arrived broken or damaged to you.
c) Shipping costs are not reimbursed & buyer pays return shipping costs (this is to prevent fraudulent usage of return policy).
d) The package has to be sent back within 14 natural days since reception of the package.
e) Include everything inside the packge, that is all pieces and certificates of authenticity.
f) Money will be returned after the item has been received back.
